The cartoonist's role is not so much to instruct his audience, or illuminate the Truth, as it is to simply take an honest stand and present it vehemently enough so that it must be confronted. I have to protest this picture... there is a factual error.. I don't think the carrots are real. There is always a catch to whatever the PAP gives. Give you small peanuts, take back bigger peanuts.
